Lonestar Joins NYSE LaunchPad

Lonestar takes its first step toward the New York Stock Exchange.

Lonestar Joins NYSE LaunchPad

Lonestar is proud to have joined NYSE LaunchPad, the New York Stock Exchange’s exclusive innovation program for high-growth companies preparing for their next stages of development. LaunchPad connects selected companies with the broader NYSE/ICE ecosystem, providing access to strategic relationships, mentorship, increased visibility, potential partners and other resources designed to help companies scale.

As part of that journey, Lonestar has reserved “LNST” as its future ticker symbol. The NYSE itself describes choosing and reserving a ticker as an “initial step in the life of a public company.” A reservation is not a listing or a commitment to undertake an IPO, but it is an important marker of intent and ambition as we continue building Lonestar.

For us, this is the beginning of an extraordinary process. We started Lonestar with an audacious idea: to build data centers beyond Earth and create an entirely new layer of critical digital infrastructure for humanity. We have already taken data to the Moon, demonstrated the technology in space, and are now building toward commercial operations at scale. Our ambition has always been equally clear—to build Lonestar into one of the defining infrastructure companies of the space and data economy.

Christopher Stott, Founder & Chairman of Lonestar, said:

“Every great journey begins with a first step. Joining NYSE LaunchPad and reserving LNST is one of those steps for Lonestar. There is a great deal of work and growth ahead of us, and there are no shortcuts to earning the privilege of becoming a public company. But our ambition is clear: to build a great and enduring company, and one day to see LNST above the entrance to the New York Stock Exchange. We literally went to the Moon to build Lonestar. Wall Street is considerably closer. We also love the name of their program - launch pad!”
